Whether we know it or not, when we buy products or services from companies, they are putting us through a particular process.  We don't see, Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, but it's there.   The problem with most processes are they are one dimensional.  They rarely take the untrained customer into consideration.  So how do build processes that take your objectives and the customers goals and build a process with the fewest steps possible?

You have written a brief but full of thoughts paragraph. I like how you ended it with a question which gave your readers something to ponder on. Before I did not realize about that companies are putting us through a process. Thanks to you now I will be a more informative and vigilant customer. I hope other readers will too.

There must always be an organized process to avoid confusions for the customers. The customers are considered as one of the lifeblood of an organization. In line with this, they should always be treated and prioritized well. They must be shown courtesy by these well trained employees for them to be able to gain the customer's loyalty and trust. The customers must feel that they are really important.
